Daily Caller- The House Judiciary Committee on Friday issued a subpoena to Glenn Simpson, the co-founder of Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that commissioned the Steele dossier on the Trump campaign.
Virginia Rep. Bob Goodlatte, the Judiciary panel’s chairman, announced the subpoena on Twitter.
Simpson, a former Wall Street Journal reporter, will likely face questions over his involvement in the dossier, which was funded by the Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign. His hiring of Nellie Ohr, the wife of Justice Department official Nellie Ohr, is also a likely topic of discussion. more

Has anyone noticed that the Trump collusion accusation is from the same playbook as the Kavanaugh accusation. Last minute. Unproven. But the accusation alone is enough to call for a (never ending) investigation that leads nowhere and destroys lives in the process.
It’s interesting how Fusion GPS is described as an “opposition research firm.” This infers they’re legitimate investigative researchers as opposed to the political misinformation hit men they really are. Sadly, the Kavanaugh circus proves so long as there is a Democrat Party slickly-boys like this will always have work.
