Yikes! I will not be eating a meal for at least a month.
If the Phantom of the Opera had a dog.
Good doggie.
Can not watch heart wrenching dog videos-even those with a happy ending.
Right. That was difficult to watch.
Some videos restore your faith in God and in humanity — that was one of them.
Made me give my dog a big hug, and her favorite extended face and ear rub.
I had a pitt bull named “BlooDawg” growing up that got into a fight with a much larger black lab. The lab lost and died, and my dog had much of his snout and lips torn off (about 5% of the damage of that video), exposing his teeth and part of his skull. He healed, grew back his snout and most of his lips, but he always looked like he was smiling after that. He lived another 4 years, passing away at the ripe old age (for a pitt) of 11. I post this because my dad thought that euthanasia would be best, but I insisted that we help BlooDawg, and worked it out with the vet to pay it off over the course of several months with my own part time paychecks.
Anyway, I loved this video. It made me think of BlooDawg, and always makes me smile.
Kalu reminded me of my late dog. Big time. ?
The way that ghastly wound healed was nothing short of miraculous.
That was an amazing video–it does my heart and soul good to know there are so many good and kind people out there taking care of animals like that–lately have been overwhelmed with seeing the evil barbaric humans that are dominating the news–nice to see some good ones. Wish my tax dollars went to causes like that instead of illegal welfare looters.
I could hardly bare to watch it but I had to see the outcome. It’s made my day a little brighter to see something so horrific turn out good in the end.
