Only three dead is pretty incredible.
It means it’s safer riding out a violent Cat 3-4 storm than it is a weekend in Chicago, Baltimore, St. Lois, etc…

20 billion???? Please give it a rest.
Maybe Ukraine can pay for it with our money.
DeSantis and the Florida government should change their states name to Ukraine and watch the money flow in.
20 billion???? Ten micent of THAT wouldn’t pay for Hunter’s hookers and blow.
I’ll have that Merrick guy send some folks down to do some REAL damage, then I can up my take. No joke, I gots a story for that too. There was this time that I was watchin a hurrycane on TB, and it made me scared to think what that could do to my Corvette if it wasn’t a thousand miles away. I know what that’s like then, c’mon man, I’m just like you!

Paycheck to paycheck has always been the norm ever since I became a member of the workforce, and the fear mongers are playing it again. Maui is screwed too.

I’ve never had money, but I’ve always helped people post storm. Cooking, cleaning yard, etc. Don’t lose faith in all humanity.
Anybody seen the list of nations that are sending on-site assistance or funding our way to help with restoration efforts?
