Who is Andy Richter?
He’s the uncharismatic, dumpy load of no-talent that sits next to Conan O’Brien in order to make Conan seem exponentially sharper and wittier.
There was a time when Richter felt stifled by his role and set out to embark on bigger and bolder projects that would exploit his vast talents. Guess where he is now? Right back on his stool next to O’Brien. Conan took pity on the simp and let him re-perch his flabby ass right into the dent in the fart-ladened sidekick chair.
In just one tweet we see that a new Richter scale would be a measurement to see just how stupid someone is. Like, if you were to try and butter your toast while it was still toasting, that would only be a 4 on the andyRichter scale. You have to do something much dumber to get to the 10 – the full andyRichter.
Learning that there is an ongoing effort to legalize silencers on firearms, Richter tweeted-

Probably should go with “suppressor.”
My hearing’s fucked (not deaf, but a head full of high-volume crickets and whines that drown out certain frequencies) just from spending 30 yrs around motors of all sorts – so I can imagine what it must be like to be around firearms all day.
