  1. That 1st prayer breakfast, Obama on the side listening to the man speak, yeah.
I said then if black people don’t vote for this man ( because it’s ” all about black”, right),
they would no longer have the ability to play the race card.
Add, they may gain a better sense of themselves from this man and his testimony.
    Looking at big picture.

  2. It seems to me that Trump’s best play here was to STFU. Not pile on Carson, and not jump to his defense. You know what Cruz and Rubio said about the Carson hit piece today?

    Exactly.

Although I imagine Jeb will tiptoe up tomorrow with some over-calculated Ben Carson pontification after his breakfast of nails.

  3. I didn’t understand Carson’s saying that he was offered a ‘scholarship’ to West Point. My understanding of the military academies is, that they educate you, but you are in the military and committed to serve a minimum time after graduation. That is NOT a ‘scholarship’.

That is what every member of the armed forces does; trade a portion of their lives, based upon the contracted promises, sometimes grossly implied, for training and or education.

That Westmoreland or any other person may have recommended Carson attend one of the military colleges is very likely true and at 17, it is understandable not to be fully aware of the military process. Having such a high recommendation is only the beginning of the process, and he chose to go another way. So sue him you stupid MSM.
