At his next townhall meet and greet there will be a whole bunch of people of color lined up and purposefully sniffed by Joe.
…and after it doesn’t boost his numbers creepy ol Joe will be confused. So he’ll try to sniff a different group of minorities until he gets it right.
He is very particular in regards to the cleanliness of his negroes and with respect to their elocution.
