  1. Malloy and his rabid communist faggot Lawlor lieutenant backing off, or CT police authorities refusing to enforce the gun confiscation are the only two ways to stop this.

    Otherwise, it’s on. Civil war.

  2. Get some large diameter PVC pipe and end caps and start burying them off your property. Use GPS markers to remember where they are. Also bury ammo. Use silica gel packs to wick away moisture.

  3. I don’t understand. Why wouldn’t you quote / link Mike Vanderboegh and his SSI website for the first hand account of what is going on in Connecticut?

I mean, DC Clothesline and Conservative Treehouse may be deserving sites, but Vanderboegh is at the heart of this whole confrontation. What am I missing?

  4. If your going to bury your arms you might consider whether what I was recently told is true or not. Someone who had a relative or friend in Iraq was told that drones can detect spots on the ground that have the layers of soil disturbed. iow – if you bury them, make sure to keep track of the layers of soil and put them back on top in the proper order. Otherwise the site sticka out like neon signs. Here I am.

  5. Although I haven’t seen a single web site that has links to everything anyone has written about the Connecticut situation, there are three that together do a pretty good job of it.

First is Mike Vanderboegh’s Sipsey Street Irregulars. Mike is in the thick of things; he wrote a pair of letters to the CT State Police and CT legislators who voted for the new law. He usually has lots of links to other applicable sites.

Second is to the Examiner.com Gun Rights Examiners recap page. It includes virtually all columns by David Codrea, Kurt Hofmann, and Dave Workman, plus other local gun rights, conservative, and policy items having to do with guns.

Third is relatively new to me, but has a lot of good stuff on the CT situation and a lot more. It is AmmoLand.

There are certainly others that are highly valuable. It’s just that these three are my own go-to-first sites for the latest news.

On last comment: I’ve seen Mike Vanderboegh called some very bad things for publishing the names and addresses of the CT legislators. That’s a bunch of crap, because he identified his source when he posted the list: the Connecticut Business & Industry Alliance. Anyone anywhere can go to their Government Affairs section and search for legislators’ info by name or city. The personal info has been there all along, open to all. So “the list” was nothing new. But it sure has been provocative! (-:

  6. Dang. I just posted a nice item with very helpful links but forgot that four links gets you put into the “awaiting moderation” queue. If there’s a responsible adult reading this, please hit the OK button? thanks

  7. When the police come for the guns, some officers are going to be shot and killed. They will likely kill the patriot, but that dead officer is one less they have for their next Gestapo-esque raid. Then another officer will die. Once again, so will the patriot but the police cannot afford that level of attrition. And when the wife and children of some police officer FORBID him to partake in these fascist raids, the governor will be forced to call out the National Guard. Which is made up of the people that have guns in their houses. They won’t comply either. That’s when it could get real ugly with half the Guard supporting the patriots and the other half supporting the fascists.

The ONLY thing this law will do is to cause the death of some fascist law enforcement officers and some good American patriots. That is all. Then it will end with nothing to show for it.

And the CT LoFo’s will vote for the democrats again and they’ll pass another registration law and the same thing will happen again.

Democrats — doing the same socialist thing over and over again and expecting different results.

  8. @Stirrin’–

You’re not missing anything. Some of Mike V’s links have recently been on the main page and in the BP (and other ones, like the “Battle Tracking CT” one which is up there now). I sent in this one for info on how things are reaching farther than SSI. No dissing intended, absolutely.

  9. It seems as though the Connecticut legislature has written checks that the Connecticut Law Enforcement can’t cash.

As soon as the CT State Police tries to cash-in, America will start to cash them out; and bad news travels fast!

So go ahead and make your move. America prefers a straight fight instead of all this sneakin’ around nonsense. You’re already witnessing it through the massive civil disobedience.

The CT LEO’s probably won’t even try to confiscate. You know why? Because they aren’t stupid. And believe it or not, the majority of LEO’s are on OUR side, CT.

I pray for the armed CT citizenry.

  10. if they send gun grabbers, could they send the ones closest to retirement?

one way to reduce the pension liability.

at point does an officer become a brown shirt? after one year of union meetings? processing his post 9/11 disability claim?
looking for jaywalkers to handcuff? participating in border security 50 miles from the border?

  11. Agreed T-Pop. This is a bureaucratic nightmare. Imagine the paperwork generated by trying to arrest 20k people. Hell, imagine the logistics nightmare of trying to house 20k people.

I can’t see Connecticut trying to go after everyone…

So they’ll probably try to get FedGov in on the deal and use the IRS or other agencies to fine the crap out the gun law malcontents and/or otherwise make life miserable for them.

  12. “The last thing IRS ‘agents’ want is a personal firefight”

That’s not how they are structured anymore. Watch it go from The IRS to DHS (who has no enforcement) to DOJ, or National Guard if necessary.

  13. This is why you invest in a decoy safe. Buy it at the pig iron store, Harbor Freight or whatever they call it near you.

Take home your new “China cabinet” and put the shittiest gun(s) you have into it, throw in some of that ammo that that shoots sub 6ft groups as well.

Hide everything you want to keep.

When the ruhtards come knocking, keep your cards close and hope they go away. If not stall them as long as you can. when they show up with a warrant, show them to your “safe.”

Metal detectors? My house is filled with conduit.

Johnny crackhead breaks in? He will probably have a heart attack by the time he cracks your “China cabinet.”

  14. Great Link Mary. These guys ought to take over some strategic city park and reinforce the hell out of it and call for news coverage.Pick their ground. Make them come for them all at once instead of one at a time with a No Knock Warrant. Then place snipers 1500 to 2000 yards out because THEIR snipers will be 800 to 1000 yards out. Fuck these people.
