Judge Tosses Sandy Hook Lawsuit Against Remington

Citing a federal law protecting arms manufactures from being sued over how their product is used, a Connecticut judge dismissed the lawsuit by the families of the Sandy Hook school shooting against Remington Arms.

This provision of federal law is hated by the left and according to Russ Feingold (WI-D) will be rescinded by executive order if Hillary Clinton is elected.

  1. How about the countless times automobiles are used to assist and promote criminal actions? If no one had a vehicle then drive bys or bank robbery would be extremely rare. Hell,the advent of freeways increased the incidence of crime by enabling criminals to rob and flee the area quickly. And you do not have a constitutional right to own one a automobile! How this even found a lawyer shows much less a courtroom shows what a sad and perilous state our country is in.

    Ya see that’s the thing right there. I’m a gun manufacturer and I will look you in the face and tell you this should not have happened. And maybe the preventative measures should include armed staff and security guards. Gun Free zones kill innocent people. Sue who ever came up with that idea. Nobodies gonna change the fact our culture is a gun culture.
