Judicial Watch files motion to unseal FBI search warrant for Mar-a-Lago raid

JTN

Judicial Watch on Tuesday announced that it filed a motion to unseal the search warrant that the FBI used to raid former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate of Mar-a-Lago on Monday evening.

Trump confirmed in a statement on Monday evening that FBI agents had entered his home and broke into his private safe.

“The are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” Trump said. “Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before.”

The watchdog group wrote in its motion that “[t]he public has an urgent and substantial interest in understanding the predicate for the execution of the unprecedented search warrant of the private residence of a former president and likely future political opponent.”

“[N]o official explanation or information has been released about the search,” it continued. “As of the filing of this motion, the public record consists solely of speculation and inuendo [sic]. In short, the historical presumption of access to warrant materials vastly outweighs any interest the government may have in keeping the materials under seal.” more

  1. According to Newsweek (yeah, I know) an informer told the FBI what documents were taken and where they were hidden.

    Sooooooooo…
    a) If they knew what they were looking for and where exactly they were, that information should be on the warrant.

    b) If they knew what they were looking for and where exactly they were, why did it take over 9 hours and why were they pawing thru everything?

“why did it take over 9 hours and why were they pawing thru everything?”

…because every Fibbie wanted to take a turn masturbating in/on Melania’s dresses and underwear, with some opting for Donald’s suits.

This will show up on Tic Toc sooner or later, probably best to burn everything and start over…

  3. Always an “anonymous informant”. Nice and tidy that way. Never seems to be any “anonymous informant” against the Clintons, Obamas, or Bidens. Of course it doesn’t even get the FBI to act when the informant isn’t anonymous, for example, the computer shop guy with Hunter’s laptop. The FBI is nothing more that the militant wing of the democrat party.

This is why we want to keep our guns, and why they want to take them.

  4. Paul Sperry is apparently hitting too close to the truth as he’s been suspended from Twitter for tweeting that the FBI was looking for spygate documents.
They were already ordered to be declassified by Trump and still haven’t been. If he has them, I’m sure he’s smart enough to have them where they will never find them and not in boxes.

  5. So this means there could be a Colbert film squad x-rated master baiter in the closet money shot airing on some puppet network soon?

  7. Flushed down the crapper? Not quite everything, you give him too much credit.
See he never ever thought this would happen, hell his silly followers still think he’s Teflon coated. The coating is peeling off.

  8. Some ‘anonymous’ commenters are actual assholes…I can only guess they know the difference between each other.

  9. TRF… I think that’s disinformation they put out about the ‘snitch’. They’re trying to cover their ass from the intense blowback they’re getting… blame some confused insider that steered them wrong. TRUMP had the National Archives and the DOJ out in June to go through all his documents and everything was on the up and up! They could have taken what they wanted then. That’s why I think it’s complete BS about that inside snitch.
