RALEIGH, NC (WNCN) – Federal immigration officials want to deport the Salvadoran 18-year-old charged with murdering a man whose body was found Sunday on a Raleigh greenway trail.
The exact immigration status of Jose Humberto Lara-Pineda, 18, wasn’t immediately clear.
The Department of Homeland Security filed paperwork saying that records in a federal database and the subject’s own statements lead officials to believe that he either “lacks immigration status or notwithstanding such status is removable.” MORE
PAIR OF ILLEGAL ALIENS GANG RAPE 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN NATION’S CAPITAL (‘SANCTUARY CITY’).
WASHINGTON, DC (The Washington Post) – A Montgomery County man charged with kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl told his friend that she was “fresh meat” before the friend raped her as well, according to arrest records filed in court this week in a case that includes alleged crimes committed in the District.
After the alleged attack in Montgomery, the 12-year-old spoke to detectives and participated in a texting sting in which one of the suspects made incriminating statements, according to the records. The two men were being held Friday in the Montgomery jail on $500,000 bonds, according to court records.
Officials identified the suspects as Enrique Carbajal, 24, and Victor Tome, 19, both of the 11500 block of Elkin Street in Wheaton. Detectives said that at least one of the suspects knows the girl’s mother. MORE

So this is the second time an underage girl is raped in Montgomery County. Different victim, different set of immigrant perps. WTF does it take for people to open their eyes.
This isn’t just a Boston problem or a Sanctuary city only one.
Just this last week, we had a mother out jogging who was run down and killed inside of a crosswalk. A hit and run naturally.
By the the time the police tracked down the suspected vehicle, the illegal had already packed up his apartment and fled. Landlord said he’d seen him packing and gone by the day after.
So these Sanctuary city mayors aren’t just terrorizing everyone in their own towns. They are terrorizing everyone everywhere.
It’s a national problem that demands a national solution. Arrest the illegals and confiscate all of their money and property. Put it into a victims compensation fund. Force the mayors to attend recovery groups for families victimized by their policies. Eliminate civil immunity for government officials.
Once their pocket gets hit, their heart will start to change. Their souls never will.
In the Raleigh, NC example, why do they want to deport the murderer? Shouldn’t they do that after the trial and prison? Or do they get the deportation order first and deport him after?
With major crimes such as these, make the deportation one way, via a hemp necktie dance party, so they can NEVER come back.
