It’s the active voters and most specifically the OVER active voters I worry about.
In these cases the words “inactive” and “democrat” may be substituted interchangeably.
What I saw was that if they didn’t vote in the next 2 elections, THEN they’d be removed. Not very helpful now. Or was that another state?
