saw Bonnamasso late one night at a little dive in Bladensburg, MD (Freds?)… great talent, great guy (have the live recording somewhere)
late on a Friday or Saturday … now it’s creeped into Sunday night I like to play whiskey-sippin’ blues … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vv60Dz9hUPo
always loved the way Allman could ‘feather’ notes … such feeling

Loved the John Lee Hooker Hobo Blues. My Pandora Brian Bowers radio station has been playing a lot of Mississippi John Hurt’s music lately shuffling in and out of all kinds of good country, blues, Celtic and Americana music etc.. And lots of Stan Rogers as well, it’s my go to station that I listen to the most on Pandora.
I think this guy can play circles around BB King who’s also good.

Hectic vibrato.
I miss Stevie Ray Vaughn.

I like all those guys! This is better than 50 years ago. Duane Allman, Boz Skaggs, and the Swampers.

Baz Skaggs still plays this as his encore song. Still a good show.
