Maryland MS-13 Teens Arrested for Murder After Being Released Under Sanctuary Policy

Epoch Times: Two illegal alien teens who are both MS-13 gang members from El Salvador have been charged with first-degree murder after Prince George’s County Police found the body of a 14-year-old girl on May 13. A third female has also been charged with first-degree murder and a fourth suspect is still at large.

The two Salvadorans, Josue Rafael Fuentes-Ponce and Joel Ernesto Escobar, were arrested by local police in May 2018, but, under sanctuary policies, the department failed to turn them over after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer for them.

At the time, the two suspects were arrested for attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, participation in gang activity, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted robbery, and other related charges, according to ICE in a press release.

“However both were released on an unknown date and time without notification to ICE,” the agency said.

  2. This is the left”s form of domestic terror. At it’s its way ti killing way more people in our country than Islamic ever have.

Now add in the cost of trying and incarcerating these animals.

  3. Arrest the top person in govt. that can be held responsible for aiding and abetting the criminals, and with as much fanfare as possible send them to jail for life. There will never be any sanctuaries anywhere again.

  4. When I lived in CA, the LA chief of police used to say, (I think it was Bratton) “Well, we don’t always know who the gangsters are.” LOL! Man, the LAPD went nuts and called him out.
So I can see Maryland officials using the same excuse when they get hammered on this.

  5. The states should issue hunting licenses for these vermin. Poaching would be frowned upon but not punishable. Better yet offer bounties, why restrict the hunters with irritating red tape.

  6. Start circulating on the net a picture of the dead girl as she was found along with a picture of Maryland’s Governor as he signed the sanctuary law. The papers won’t print it but once it gets on the net everyone will see it and make the connection.

  7. The other day I was wearing my MAGA hat and standing in the grocery line. The rough-looking tattooed guy in front of me was an out-of-town Mexican gang-banger. He was en route though our small town to wherever possibly transporting drugs or likely up to some kind of no good. I was waiting for eye contact but he never looked my way. I didn’t think of it at the time but I should have followed him to the parking lot, gotten his license number and called the cops. It could have led to something, who knows. What’s that phrase, “See something, say something?”

  8. I am so glad I am out of there. Lived in PG County MD for about 12 years. I managed fast food places right around where this happened. It was rough then, I am sure it has gotten worse.

I once had an employee with a bad disguise on rob a new GM with a gun pointed to the back of her head. We knew who it was so we fired him. Police not able to catch him right away, and the punk shows up the following week for his final paycheck?? I told the GM to let him know had his paycheck and am on the way. Called the police to send a K9 unit in case he bolted. They had him arrested by the time I got there.
