  1. Notice that the prosecution objected to the question but was overruled.

On Twitter Jack Prosobeac posted the video from yesterday. A number of people were saying it was stupid to judge the case over 30 seconds of video. I wanted to ask them if they had seen any of the videos from last week, but I figured it was or worth the effort.

Someone did say that the complete video of the dayโ€™s proceedings was on line if they wanted to watch it.

  2. My old girlfriend would have approached the bench and ask for D.V. As soon as the prosecution rested and she already had the case in the bag. She usually worked on a fixed fee and knew instinctively when it was over without her going any further and didnโ€™t want to waste any more time and effort. It doesnโ€™t hurt to ask and I never knew her to have been turned down.

  3. Despite his calm, measured demeanor, I think this judge has had more and worse threats over the course of his career and is battle hardened. It’s probably why he got this case. He has conducted this case as constitutionally and as even-handedly as any I’ve seen of this kind of politically-charged cases. Good for him.

I don’t think a libtard judge would have dismissed a juror, for example, for making a joke about anyone connected to the trial if the subject was conservative.
