Am I weird, or did the daffodils look festive and happy opening up? lol

When I was a toddler, my Greek grandma had a crap ton of Fuchsias at her house.
Sometimes I would hear a really low ‘pop’ when the flowers opened. So I would sit there staring at them to see them pop open. I was so amazed by it. lol. Sometimes I would pinch a bud just so they would pop open quicker. My grandma yelled at me. lolol Years later when we went back to visit, I popped a Fucshia plant and my grandma looked at me like- You never changed.
