Huff Poop’s Jason Curmi, proving a degree in college is worthless, and dyslexia is sometimes a fancy word for imbecile.

The Second Amendment is highly contested. There is no doubt that people do have the right to carry and have a stockpile of guns (“the right of the people to keep and bear arms”) and a state has the right to organize a well-regulated Militia. But, the main issue is on the right to self-defend with a firearm.

The main problem with the notion of self-defense is it imposes on justice, for everyone has the right for a fair trial. Therefore, using a firearm to defend oneself is not legal because if the attacker is killed, he or she is devoid of his or her rights.

!snip!

You see, you have to let your attacker live so he gets the full benefits of his rights. That you might be dead means nothing. That your attacker may never be caught means nothing.

This dope is deadly serious. This dope is a college graduate. This dope writes for Huffington Post.

  1. The Pike County Ohio sheriff where those 8 family members were executed told EVERYONE in the county that if you feel threatened, arm yourself, if IF threatened do what you have to do. The Ohio State Attorney General backed him up on it.

  2. The thing the progressive never includes in the mix is that with every right there comes an implicit right to voluntarily forfeit that right. The moment someone steps into my home with ill-intent they have voluntarily forfeited their rights and have deferred the dispensation of justice to me, the nearest person to enforcing the law at that moment.

  3. His first name is Justin (rather than Jason). I couldn’t find his bio until I looked for Justin Curmi. And yep, another useless degree in vacuous subjects. According to his bio:

“Justin Curmi is a graduate from Baruch College in Manhattan, New York. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Political Science. His college career was a battle due to personal battles with dyslexia. These battles have forced him to learn how to teach himself difficult subject matters without help. Through anguish and painful moments, he has overcome major hurdles that dyslexical presented to him. Now, he is looking towards unorthodox thoughts and methods to analyze political matters.”

More proof that a college degree has truly become meaningless these days unless it is in the hard sciences. Were I am employer these days I think I would rather hire people without a college degree for the most part because they haven’t undergone the indoctrination into idiocy for 4 years. At least the “less educated” people might be able to learn to think for themselves and focus more on the work at hand than “social justice” and other related nonsense.

  4. Human body can sustain a bullet pretty good, so for him to presume the attacker would be definitively dead is wrong on so many levels. It’s racist and appropriating to those who usually live.

  5. You have the right to remain silent, more or less permanently. Anything you say can and will be used against you, although it is unlikely you will be saying anything. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you, although you may need a mortician more.

If you understand these rights, please continue bleeding.
