Trumps rallies were private functions and he had every right to refuse entry to or remove anyone he chooses.
I don’t know if pushing someone who refuses to leave constitutes assault. Perhaps a butterfly net or lasso is preferred? She wasn’t too terribly injured that it prevented her from using her phone, she remained planted, and in fact kept returning.

What judge allowed this to go through? There was no intent on causing injury, no real injury caused, the plaintiffs could stand accused of causing the problem in the first place and planning to do that. A real Judge would have tossed this. The Governor ought to write a pardon for Trump.
The only person Rerun MIGHT have a claim against is the VFW guy who actually touched her. “Get them ought of here” was not a call to assault anyone. This will go nowhere.
