  1. Thanks God I’m not a CA FFL, but if I were I’d be wrapping the govt-mandated warning crap with my own spiel.

“We’ll get to the warnings and dangers in a moment, but first let’s talk about the risk of NOT owning one or more firearms, and the benefits of being able to shoot back.”

  2. I’m sure my favorite gun store will be SO happy about this. On my receipt for my latest purchase if two guns, the guy ringing up the purchase circled the extra added tax (besides the sales tax), “Governent theft”. The cost of the guns, the sales tax and all of the fees made it so much more expensive than it should be

  3. They can put it right on their business cards:

    “Guns Bad”

“Now that you are fully informed,
    How many do you want?”

  4. I am assuming that none of this applies to convicted felons, who seem to have no problem getting any type of unregistered guns anytime and anywhere they want with zero waiting time.

I know a lot of upstanding law abiding citizens that are considering getting their weapons through the same path. You can’t buy the pistol you want here due to Newsom’s list and CalDoj is not responding to DROS (Dealer Record Of Sale, our 4473) applications. They automatically get extended from 10 days to 30. After 30 days if an FFL doesn’t get a response back from CalDoj they are allowed to release the weapon to the buyer. BUT, CalDoj is telling FFL’s that if they do release that weapon and it’s used in a criminal activity CalDoj will in turn press charges against the gun store as an accessory. Pretty funny huh. So FFL’s are not releasing weapons. The buyers alternative is hire an attorney and let him, or her, surf through that mess of an organization. My youngest son just went through this bull shit. And I know of about 10 other peeps that have not been denied, but still can’t get their weapon. Something needs to be done about these assholes.

  6. It’s damn near impossible to get a concealed carry permit in the Socialist State of New York. It’s guaranteed they’ll lose your application at least once, but you’re welcome to pony up the application fee again and start all over!
