New Orleans FBI agent reassigned after saying New Year’s attack was ‘not a terrorist event’

Alethea Duncan, the FBI assistant special agent in charge who said in a press conference following the New Orleans terrorist attack on New Year’s Day that it was “not a terrorist event,” has reportedly been reassigned.

Sources told Fox News that Duncan has been temporarily reassigned following her press conference appearance in which she said “this is not a terrorist event.” Additional details were not disclosed about Duncan’s new position, but she remains with the FBI. more here
