I saw it mentioned that this is unconstitutional (I think they mean NC state constitution) – that all children are to be provided free education.
If school is mandatory for minors, and there is no cost-free schooling available,… Hmmmm, shades of 0bamacare – mandatory and more expensive than what was previously available. Interesting how socialism actually costs more.

It sounds like a rash of home schooling may break out in that region! What ha[[ens to the tax money already confiscated from homeowners for education? You will never hear the word refund.
