Obama stoned

Big Government: President Obama today announced his decision to commute the sentences of 22 convicted drug offenders – many of them serving time after being convicted of conspiracy to distribute either cocaine, heroin, marijuana or methamphetamine.

“The 22 commutations granted today underscore the President’s commitment to using all the tools at his disposal to bring greater fairness and equity to our justice system,” White House Assistant and Counsel to the President Neil Eggleston in a statement on the White House Website. “Further, they demonstrate how exercising this important authority can remedy imbalances and rectify errors in sentencing.” Read on for the list

P.S.  Are any of them friends of Obama? Judging by his record on the terrorists he has released, these guys will be back to their old habits in no time.

P.P.S. As usual… If you disagree with him, you’re racist, etc. so on and so forth.

  1. @LOCO you beat me to it. That was the first thot I had. what does the last minute Jan 20th 11am list look like? valjer tops the list and he will make it cover crimes not yet exposed for her. the first yeti too for the crimes against food and fashion and school lunches.

  2. Good Lord, a life sentence in Kentucky for possession/cultivation of weed? Wow.

The releases take effect near the end of July… wonder how many will make it out alive?

  3. @ Flip – they will be placed in administrative segregation (solitary) until the release date. Lonely and restricted movement (yard, common areas, exercise, shower, etc.) but as secure and safe as can be.

  4. Thanks Anon, I know little to nothing about how that stuff works. Seemed like an invitation to harassment if nothing was done

  5. There’s an Ethiope in the fuel supply, here, somewhere.

Somebody’s being paid off and the rest are smokescreen.

  6. Tim, maybe this guy? He seems to be the Big Money / longest-term one on the list:

    · Francis Darrell Hayden – Loretto, KY

Offense: Conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 1,000 or more marijuana plants or 1,000 or more kilograms of marijuana; manufacture of 1,000 or more marijuana plants (Eastern District of Michigan)

Sentence: Life imprisonment; 10 years’ supervised release (Apr. 2, 2002)

  7. Crazy, though not as high dollar, there is a minority female lifer on the list as well:

    · Theresa Brown – Pompano Beach, FL
Offense: Conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine (Southern District of Florida)
Sentence: Life imprisonment; 10 years’ supervised release (Mar. 29, 1995)

Francis Hayden is now approximately 65 years old. Part of his history is here:

The untold part of that article is that Hayden is a Vietnam vet, committed no violence in the commission of his crimes, and has an unblemished prison record.

  8. One of em is related to a big time Obola donor or some big wheel in the Demonrat Party or connected to Soros or Jarrett.

Somebody with the proper resources should look into it.

  9. flip, it appears in the case of Hayden, Obama might have actually done something good and correct.

I’m sure it was an accident.

Tim, you got any ideas who the special snowflake is then?
