There are more than enough ‘parents’ that lack what it takes to raise a child that will fit the parameters of society. And either they pay the price or we do as a whole.
That ignorant judge went outside the sentencing guidelines. That woman has no business being on a bench, she ran the entire trial like a total idiot, she’s as dumb as a rock. If Michigan has a half smart appellate court they will have it overturned.
I watched the mother’s trial, I couldn’t stand to watch the circus for the father’s trial and couldn’t believe what she allowed the prosecution to get away with and the obvious wrong legal decisions not to mention forcing them to argue in front of the jury because she said the courtroom was too small and the jury could hear anyway and too much trouble to remove the jury for what normally would be argued outside of the jury.
