Peltier Sues WA For Removing His Paintings From Display In State Building

  1. tell him to be quiet and go back to his cell or they will take away his paints just like they did to the bird man of Alcatraz and his birds. He is lucky to have that ability to paint and not to kill or sue.

  2. Maybe I’m missing something, but how is a state obligated to show an individuals artwork? Most assuredly you have a right to free expression. You do not, however, have a right to a forum.

  3. There’s a reason President Obama rejected inmate Peltier’s clemency petition – he remains a guilty, lying unrepentant cop killer. Even in his sworn petition, Peltier lied about running to save “the women and children.” As the courts repeatedly established, the only thing Peltier ran to was a large tree for cover as he sprayed the federal agents’ cars with over a hundred rounds, and a few minutes later, after both agents were seriously wounded, finished them off at point-blank range. You know where he can put his art.
