Pennsylvania Residents File Lawsuit Against Election Officials Following Release of Whistleblower Footage

Tatum Report: Several Delaware County Pennsylvania residents filed a lawsuit against former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, Delaware County, the Delaware County Board of Elections, and multiple elections officials. The massive lawsuit follows the publication of videotapes captured by a whistleblower documenting alarming behavior by election officials in the Keystone state.

The Federalist reports, an unidentified whistleblower came forward with video footage claiming to show Delaware County, Pennsylvania election officials deleting records from the November 2020 general election.

The recordings were included with the case and evidence that the plaintiffs believe back up their 91-page complaint.

The suit was filed by Ruth Moton, Leah Hoopes, Gregory Stenstrom, and the Friends of Ruth Motion campaign. In it, they allege violations of state election law during the November 2020 election and make assertions of a conspiracy to hide illegalities that occurred during the election. MORE
