An Arizona Planned Parenthood clinic aborted the child of an under aged girl who reported to their counselor at the time that she had been raped.
The abortion provider did not follow state law and report the incident, thus allowing 18-year-old Tyler Kost to go on and allegedly sexually assault 18 more underage victims before finally being arrested.
Kost, now 20 years, old plead guilty to “three counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of child abuse,” in January and was sentenced to three years and 15 years probation in February, while never actually admitting to raping a single victim.
Gee, you think maybe a DNA sample from the aborted fetus might have had some bearing on this case?
No need for all this jail time, cut off his pecker and give it to him as a prize.
If he assaulted that many, then officially avoided admitting guilt and taking responsibility, it won’t be long before he offends again. Probation won’t stop him. Maybe he should get de-peckered.
And the people who protected him should be considered for stoning in the public square or at least being forced to wear a sign “I enabled a rapist.”
He was their best referral source
Prosecute the PP Counselor (“abortion salesperson “) for violating State law by now reporting the crime.
Prosecute PP also.

No, no, Hans! They are entitled to be President of The United States.
I Wonder if Parents or teachers , ever Get to the Topic of Good Personal Behavior & the Pride that Comes With it Anymore…Scruples !
His photo was in every PP clinic as “Salesman of the Year”
Why would PP report it? Underage rape is good for business.
LAKE OF FIRE.
Somebody is going to pop this guy. An angered father an outraged boyfriend; someone is going to apply some personal justice to this guy who didn’t receive a hard enough sentence.

You’ve got me I guess but maybe?
The person in charge’s sign would say I paid the enabler to enable the rapist (btw we’re way to close to most modern social worker’s favorite title of “therapist” for my comfort).
I’d say Rufus is half right. The person who violated state law should be sued by the state for that crime. As for suing PP as an organization, they should be sued in civil court by all the girls that were raped by this guy when an employee of PP failed to report the crime. It would be interesting how far up the PP food chain the courts would allow the suit to go. Get this in front of a jury with a real Judge and it could be interesting.
That’s the idea, especially for states without parental notification (and neighboring states). A “teacher” can bring in an underage pregnant girl for an abortion, and have all the evidence destroyed. Taking an underage girl across state lines for an abortion is a clear violation of the Mann Act.
As for the short-eyed rapist; give him a 1-day sentence, and make sure to put him in main population. The rest of the prisoners will eliminate the problem.

Probably more to the story. Most likely statuatory rape cases.
Failed? No, they just didn’t care.
Have any of you actually looked into this Tyler Kost “Rape” case? The poor kid was innocent and the victim of false allegations by a bunch of mean girls who were mad at him because he was a player. Their social media accounts show that they got together and watched the movie “John Tucker Must Die” and set him up for a crime he did not commit.
