Red State’s Erick Erickson “Names Names” – IOTW Report

Red State’s Erick Erickson “Names Names”

Erick writes an exhaustive diary about what he believes is killing the GOP.

It’s incestuous no bid contracts for loyalists, lobbyists, K streeters and the like, and no one wants to change the apparatus because it’s a pocket liner for both the politician and the consultant.

The people they rely on make too much money to ensure it never happens and the elected officials like Boehner and McConnell are also mindful that it’d be the end of their power. They’d rather rule in Hell than serve in Heaven.

It is very incestuous and provides an incentive for no change in leadership, no change in thinking, and no change in culture. It is killing candidate(sic) like Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 92% and Jeb Bush and also killing the GOP itself. The people who are most likely to call for change are the people now surrounded with the very consultants who benefit from a system that does not change.

  1. When Erickson says the GOP culture is “killing candidates like Screwbio and Heb,” you know he’s on controlled substances. Those two ARE the GOP.

Wonder what Erick has to say about the ill-kept secret that Sidney Blumenthal let out of the bag re Boehner being a lazy, alcoholic “louch” who twitches when conservative ideas are mentioned? Sidney also told Hillary (via email) that the younger, conservative members of the House can’t stand him and that Yellow Turtle is his mirror image in the senate.

Beck let go on Boehner this morning now that someone else tarred Boehner. He admitted to knowing this for years from scads of reps who say “If you don’t get to [Boehner] by 7 or 8 p.m., forget it. He’s too far gone.”

  2. think redstate will unblock me for a one time calling out Erick Erickson’s support for the GOP Establishment? doubt it

btw i do NOT support Trump but as my single line comment was on a Trump article…

  3. If The Donald were smart, he’d dump the guy he’s using — who lost Romney’s campaign. I didn’t think The Donald hired losers:

“This all goes full circle to Rich Beeson, who left the RNC to work for Romney and, along with Zac Moffat at Targeted Victory, made a lot of money delivering a Romney defeat and Project ORCA. Beeson was the guy who came up with the idea and Moffat was the digital director, who’d never, to my knowledge, written a line of code in his life.

“Moffatt is a political guy who worked as an Associate Chief of Staff for gun grabber Mike Bloomberg after Bloomberg’s first election as New York Mayor in 2001. For more on that disaster, go read John Ekdahl.

“Rich Beeson is now with Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 92%. Zac Moffatt’s Targeted Victory is used by Rick Perry, Donald Trump, and more.”

  4. A Tromp victory is an end to the homopedos lead by McConnell and the alcoholics by Boner. Put an end to the child predate, thieves, and addicts that are supplying the fuel to the demon arsonists.

  5. I’ve never been a democrat, but I’ll say this for them. By God, they do what they say they are going to do, as odious a proposition as that is for the rest of us.

I have, however, been a republican, and I can tell you that they haven’t done a G-damned thing I’ve wanted them to do since probably 1994, when Newt Gingrich had the stones to trot out The Contract with America.

But that, friends, was a very long time ago.

Aside from mounting up massive debt and a few ways that we f-ed up (and will be paying for until we’re all worm food), what else can we thank the republicans for?

    Thought so.

Which is why I bid them adieu, and hope to hasten their demise.

  6. Just got back in, haven’t read link or other comments.
The cancer that is Erik Erickson and RedSlate needs to go as badly as the GOPe.

In the past 1-2 weeks, he’s done a 180° turnaround, trying to show how “fed up!!!” he is with the Party and how they can “go to hell.”

    ERICK, YOU FIRST.
