Friend of mine found his BIL dead on the throne recently. The Coroner remarked that it’s quite common and no, there was no peanut butter and bacon sandwich involved.
WDS – I was told by a doctor that there are quite a few people who pass out in mid-poop because of the pressure from pushing. I guess it cuts off an airway or something, I don’t remember.
