The Southern Poverty Law Center is largely a shakedown organization, no better than the Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson shakedown organizations, who intimidates others with frivolous lawsuits designed to incur out-of-court settlements.
These lawsuits do nothing but line the pockets of sleazy SPLC lawyers, they do nothing for the poor.
The fact that the left routinely cites the SPLC as some sort of organization of weight and gravitas speaks volumes about both the left and the SPLC.

I wonder at what point can they be classed as a vexatious litigant? I imagine that they would have to be sued successfully a few more times but who brings the request to the courts to limit their access?
