I stood in front of that statue of Stalin back in 2008 while visiting Moscow with my wife. We had just exited Lenin’s Tomb. While in there, I had a very strong urge to hock a loogie onto his glass case, but the four armed Russian soldiers standing in each corner of the room gave me pause to conduct such an act.
