“The Twilight Zone” wasn’t just an iconic 60s TV show; the show was also rebooted as a radio show. Episodes of the program were updated and aired from 2002 to 2012. There were 176 episodes recorded. They used Rod Serling’s original scripts for stories that aired and some that didn’t.
I just started listening to this compilation that seems to start off with “Another Place in Time,” with Malcom McDowell. See what you think Here
FYI – All the old episodes of almost anything is here:

thank you for sharing. I’m going to save it for when I pick up my daughter from Grad school Denver to Memphis and back.
I’ll be checking out that archive as well.
I listen to XM’s old-time radio channel 148 a lot. My favorites in no particular order are Gunsmoke with Wm. Conrad as Matt Dillon, Dragnet with Jack Webb, Dimension X and X Minus one are both great sci fi radio programs, Yours truly Johnny Dollar with Bob Bailey, comedies like Jack Benny, Fibber McGee and Molly, I’m a big fan of the character Wallace Wimple who was voiced by the same voice artist who did Droopy Dog in the old cartoons, Stan Freberg’s show when they play it occasionally. I Was a Communist for the FBI with Dana Andrews, Tales of the Texas Rangers with Joel McCrea, the many excellent CBS Radio Workshop programs from the 40’s and 50’s, Richard Diamond with Dick Powell etc. and still more because they occasionally surprise me with something that I haven’t heard before from the golden age of radio. I’m not a big fan of the scary stuff like Inner Sanctum etc. especially late at night in the dark because I have a very active and vivid imagination. Radio is truly the theater of the mind and is far better than TV because my imagination is scarier than anything graphically depicted on TV.
Now a days they have “I was an F.B.I. agent for the Communist.”
Don’t forget my Fireside Chats.
