  1. Isn’t it strange that atheists spend so much of their time and energy denying what they do not believe in, and trying to convince other people to also not believe?

Sounds an awful lot like a religion to me.

Please recall that in general, religious belief is voluntary, so no one is forcing them to believe anything. The exception is islam so they really should be complaining to muslims about how they will never believe in their pedophile prophet or his false message. Let’s see them do that first.

  2. he didn’t say all atheists….just atheists…as in atheists ‘in general’….& I find his statement to be ‘generally’ true…..let’s try not to get our panty’s in a wad over everything

  3. I don’t even think it’s ‘generally’ true. All of the atheists I know (that will admit to it) are very quiet about it. They keep a low profile because of how it will affect their lives if the truth were known. Some of them will even be sitting in church beside you if you attend, because that is what is expected of them. Bottom line: We live in a primarily Christian society where atheism is frowned upon. Being an atheist today is analogous to being a homosexual in the 1950’s and 1960’s.

Even Andy Rooney pretty much kept his mouth shut about his atheism, and he didn’t do that about many things.

  4. At least three counties in my state are sporting those decals. And another county is having decals made after the recent attacks by self-righteous atheist groups. Atheists (as a group, or, in fucking general !!) believe they are their own “gods” and it’s ok for them to push that belief system on everybody else.

    One Nation Under God.
