Just The News- The Republican-led Texas Senate passed a bill Thursday limiting mail-in and curbside voting.
The Texas Senate passed the bill by an 18-to-13 vote, largely along party lines, according to CBS Austin.
The bill ends 24-hour voting, limiting hours to 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and drive-through voting lanes, so that residents must get out of the vehicle and go into polling places to cast a ballot. more here
No doubt the democrats are planing to cry foul…because they like the slight of hand fraud voting that seem to favor them.
What happens when TX election law runs afoul of Federal Law? Like HR 1? Which way will the supremes see it, if they even decide to see it?
Dan, The 10th amendment should cover Texas and any other state. The courts lately though makes you wonder if the constitution exists.

Both the forgotten amendment (the 9th) and the 10th amendment are mostly useless in today’s America. They end up just being just ignored for the most part when Federal law overruns them in important legal developments.
Maybe “The Wall” should be relocated one state north.
