9:47: Another veiled swipe at Trump by Cruz. You can’t just say “let there be jobs.” -Cruz

9:45: Trump: We’ll make our economy great again.

9:43: Trump: I’m not the only person who is suggesting entitlement expansion. The democrats are as well.

9:39: Carson: We don’t want to destabilize the Middle East.

9:35: Trump: 9/11 happened under George W. Bush.

9:02: Everyone comes in at the same time, unlike the massive screw up last week.

9:00: Pre-debate video clips of candidates.

With the pivotal South Carolina primary a week from today, this debate could swing the balance of votes. More than likely, Mr. Trump will end up on top, but a few days before the New Hampshire primary, Marco Rubio was in a “solid” second, according to polls.

Things to watch for:

– Cruz and Trump bank-and-forth.

– Can Rubio bounce back after his dismal performance last week?

– What will the moderators ask about the Supreme Court?

  1. If Trump turns out to be a closet Democrat snake in the grass and splits the vote just to stop Ted Cruz and our chance at a finally getting a Conservative in the White House to save our nation, there will be hell to pay.

  2. Trump is arguing like a Democrat would! He’s holding BHO totally innocent of the last 7 years of BHO as CIC! It’s Bush’s fault. No it is not! BHO has lost this war in Iraq and Afghanistan! I am so mad! I am SHOUTING at my T.V.!!!

  3. And BTW, if you did not catch it, that was that damn Kasich laughing so loudly as Ted Cruz was put down viciously by that snide CBS guy saying he was interrupting Cruz because he wanted the truth to be said. WTF! Candy Crowley time with Romney!!! Deja Vu!!!

  4. That attack on Bush for not preventing 9/11 did it for me EVER voting for TRUMP.
    It will NEVER HAPPEN!

I will never vote for that sad sack of shit!

I live in Florida so my vote counts and I damn well may vote democrat for the first time ever!
    I am goddamn serious!

He did not need to blame Bush.
    That is total bullshit.
That is what a democrat does.
    What a piece of shit!
FUCK YOU TRUMP, YOU RAT BASTARD!
Eat shit you goddamn lying sack of shit!
    AAARghh, what a dick!

  5. Asshole Trump did not need to even go there.
Why jump in when the others were at least sticking with the republican brand?
    Why? Fucking why?
    He must want to lose.
Why not ask why Sandy Berger removed documents for Bill Clinton from the National Archive?
Nope, asshole blames a man that had only been in office eight months.
    FUCK YOU TRUMP!
    You are dead to me.

If the asshole gets in office we will likely be attacked again and he can SUCK ON THAT!

  6. Biggest news so far: Jeb! is doing well (But let someone else have some airtime, not just Carson!) Kasich and Trump are making asses of themselves, and CBS is locking out Cruz and somewhat also Rubio.

  7. George W. Bush is responsible for Barack Hussein Obama. Taking the high road and allowing all the criticism against him without a response cost us all dearly. I voted for W twice, but my opinion of him has changed…..he really sucked, but was better than the (D) alternative.

  8. Ahhh, here we are again, divided again, GD, is this site being hacked? I’ve never had so damn much trouble navigating here.

To continue…..Fuck it all, I’m well armed, may the best man win.

Jesus H. Christ…..this took about 3 frigging minutes to type. Damn, I’ve never had so much trouble with any other site. Is it just my computer??

  9. Loco, I’m not going to draw this out, but I do want to point this out. Trump comes from the private sector. Who was president when 911 occurred? Who was ultimately responsible? Just that simple in the private sector. Mean while we have a full on attack from the establishment on Cruz and Trump. Makes me like Cruz just a tad more. But Trump and Cruz should get off the stage. This is a cheap ambush. A desperate character assignation on both of them. One last attempt because if Trump wins Florida, the establishment is fucked

  10. The thing is, I am painfully aware that Trump gave money to Pelosi, Reid, and Hillary.
Then goes on live TV to blame Bush for 9/11.
Those assholes were in charge during 9/11 too.
If Bush would have wanted waterboarding or rendition those democrat fuck-sticks would have fought him tooth and nail.

  11. All this bullshit about 9/11. Do these assholes realize that the FBI and the CIA were prevented from exchanging information at the time. I forget the name of the demorat crunt who masterminded
that rule. It’s probably still the law. WTF.

  12. Hey “Basketcase” Kasich, Democrats want you to win because you’re a sappy crybaby and easy to manipulate.

Carson says he’s not a politician, how does that work if you’re running for president. What a passive aggressive nerd.

  13. Our country booted Jimmy Carter out after 4 years. Can we recover after 8 years of BHO? We need the right man in office. Look, I’ve been hard on Trump tonight.but because he sounds like a total Democrat at times. If he’s right for America he gets my vote. But right now, he can’t hold a candle to Cruz. And now our Supreme Court is up for grabs. GOD BE WITH US.

  14. I would vote for any of them:
Kasich calls upon the Lord: Go home.
Carson: The way he speaks is an impediment. Otherwise like the guy.
Bush: Not another one. He can blame his brother, who was a good guy, but a bad president. 9/11 GW was great, though.
Rubio is not ready. He needs some water. The guy has some public speaking issues.
Cruz: I like him the best!
Trump: The Trump supporters are actually the ones that turned me against him.

  15. my take…
Kasich is delusional. Bush is in it because his family makes him do it, & he’s soooo butt hurt when other candidates call him out. Little Robio is a talking-points wind-up doll.
the only one’s I would consider are Carson, Trump & Cruz. Carson has, unfortunately, no charisma. Cruz would be a superb Supreme Court Justice (is there an opening?) … that leaves Trump

I have no heartburn over any of this last three gentlemen as the next president of the United States … any one of these men would do a much better job than the last 4 presidents

  16. Things I don’t like:

Cruz can’t seem to answer a question directly. He parses the issues too much which makes him look insecure.

Trump looked overconfident and sounded like a big asshole to everybody in the country with his constant overtalking and shouting. He might be a brilliant businessman, but he needs to shut the fuck up when it isn’t his turn.

Jeb is a milktoast moron. He’s a BUSH.

Carson sounds like doctor and not a president.

Rubio still impresses me as a whiny alter boy, and a shumerite on amnesty (gang of 8).

Kasich shouldn’t even BE there. He’s a Progressive.

    Things I like:

I won’t fear the loss of my 2nd Amendment protections with Cruz in office. Cruz would appoint a better Justice to the SCOTUS than I think a democrat might. I’d like to see the IRS and the EPA go BYE BYE.

I won’t fear the loss of my job with Trump in office. I won’t miss muslims being shown the door out, and I believe Trump would not mistreat or veterans.

I won’t fear the loss of any of the other candidates if it boils down to Cruz and Trump.
    _______________________________

If Trump is the nominee, I’ll vote Trump.
If Cruz is the nominee, I’ll vote Cruz.
If Rubio is the nominee, I’ll vote for Rubio.

If Jeb is the nominee, I’ll vote for either Bernie or Hillary or whomever shows me that they can totally speed up the crash and collapse so we can start over from scratch, because Jeb would be like slow torture – and I’ve had enough of that shit for the past 7 years.

We. Are. Living. In. A. Clusterfuck.

All this aside, the passing of Scalia is a major downer for freedom thinking people in this country and simultaneously a unprecedented boon for the leftwits that are now salivating at the appointment of a new Marxist justice.

Tonight’s debate, along with the passing of Justice Scalia, is an enormous loss for the America people.

  17. So, was there an agenda with that extremely annoying pink background that annoyed the shit out of me the entire debate?

I say they hired a consultant to pick a color that annoys the crap out of voters and used it.

    Was it just me?

  18. @meerkat ~ sorry, wasn’t implying any order … the race will probably be decided by the time I get to vote in the primaries….mid-April …. so, whomever it is, is my candidate

  19. Oh oh ho. Tsunami now we’re getting some where. I’ll make mine brief. I’m tired.

    Trumps problems.
I think he’s the smartest guy up there but he never quite finishes his sentences. When asked about funding Medicare he answered expanding the economy. They don’t get the increase in revenue thing. It needs to be explained.

I love Carson. And I hope who ever gets elected included them in their admin. But he ain’t gonna make it.

Cruz, quit lying and stick to what your gonna due. Stop fucking preaching at me.

  20. A few months ago, Trump had the support of Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity. Glenn Beck hadn’t started bashing him just yet.
The major talk show hosts cannot continue this farce and have decided to speak the truth.

It is Trump performances tonight that make those that really want to win have to look within and question how long they can go without giving up their core beliefs.

Trump will not be president in 2016
I am not happy about any of this.
    Just being realistic.
    It sucks. Goddamn it!

  21. No doubt Trump leads in the polls.
However, just look at this site, a conservative site.
99% want to support a conservative.
We would love Trump to act that way and govern that way.
Even though by all account he is NOT a conservative.
    That is inarguable.

Yet as you can see, many of us do not trust him.
We really want to but damn, can’t he meet us half way?

Good God! Trump, listen to someone when they tell you to tone it down.
I said he kicks me in the sack and he does.
Two kisses on the cheek and then a swift kick.
    Geez!

Yes, he leads in polls but I am serious when I say I will not vote for him.
I will not vote democrat but the first election since 1984 will I sit out.
How many others will sit this one out?

Like others have said, let Bernie win and thus expedite the demise so we can get along with the destruction and modern day Marshall Plan.

    Sigh*
