  23. I had a similar thing happen to me recently. Lady got on Facebook Live after a traffic stop and claimed I stopped her because of her race and that I had made her fear for her life.

    Video showed how polite and professional I had been and that I had stopped her for excessive speeding, which she admitted to…..

    Chief was pissed……..at her…….

  25. Her complete statement, which she shared with a fb page that aggregates supposed bad police action. They at least had the decency to delete it after the Rainbow City PD released the footage:

    We will NOT back down or be quite this abuse NEEDS to stop! My kids dad was with someone when she got pulled over by Rainbow city police and beat half to death by them around 10 pm last night 7/13/2017 they tassed him beat him and pushed him off a bridge! This is so wrong and we won’t stop until these power obsessed animals pay for their cruelty! He was taken to a Gadsden hospital and airlifted to UAB his next of kin was NEVER notified and we sat in the waiting room for 4 hours before we could even see him. We still haven’t spoke with a doctor to know what all his injures are. All we know is he’s about to go into surgery for his leg that’s broken. Rainbow city beat him half to death and pushed him off a bridge! The people who are supposed to serve and protect. He’s trying to talk but his whole front row of teeth are knocked out, he had to have his tongue sewed back together and his femur bone is broken he has to have surgery on it. He can’t sit up or take his neck brace off til they clear him for neck injuries. Please share!

    She accused the police of beating her beloved half to death and pushing him off a bridge. Maybe she’ll be ‘quite’ after she learns some new words like libel, incitement and false accusation.

Unfortunately this incident, while a pigment in Mr. Dindu Nuffin’s mind, will carry water in the Nuffin community due to the widespread application of “the bitch set me up” defense that suggests that while the police may not have actually did these things they was intending to, hence being at fault regardless of actual events.

  33. Was he barefoot? I think he was. And he was a lot more lively where they cuffed him than in the cushy hospital bed. I think we need legislation to put the hurt on fakers.
