I used a U-haul rental truck for my last snow removal exercise.
I moved back south so I don’t have to deal with that shit anymore.
I spent a winter working in Canada a few years ago. One of the locals was about to retire. I asked him if he was going to move and he said he was going to put his snowblower in the back of his pickup and drive south until someone asked him “what’s that”.

When I worked for GE in Pittsfield MA we had steam piped through the sidewalks, snow didn’t stick.

Reykjavik Iceland has steam from the local geysers piped through the streets to keep them clear and also to heat the buildings and homes.
I met a gentleman in PA that made his fortune hauling salt in the winter and asphalt in the summer. What’s not to like?
