Patriot Retort: I recently watched a rather mediocre mini-series about the 1605 Gunpowder Plot starring Kit Harrington (AKA Jon Snow from “Game of Thrones”) in which the first episode featured a Catholic woman getting tortured by crushing.
Good heavens, it was brutal.
They laid her on the floor of the scaffold, placed a large plank over her body, and then began adding heavy weights to the top one at a time, stopping after each to urge her to confess her crimes.
And each time she refused to confess, another weight was added, then another, and another. First, the crushing weight prevented her from breathing. Then, eventually, with her bones broken and her organs squashed, the woman mercifully died.
There’s only so much crushing a body can take before it collapses.
During the night, the US Senate voted to advance another spending bill that will spend hundreds of billions of dollars we don’t have on a “Climate Change” agenda that won’t work. On top of the crushing weight of bogus “Green Energy” spending, this bill also has the added weight of tax increases, an increased number of IRS agents, and more spending on healthcare.
And because these assholes can’t resist creepy Orwellian cravenness, they named this massive tax and spend bill “The Inflation Reduction Act.” more
There was a time when the scumbags would have had their heads crushed, their ships burnt to the water, and the survivors hanged.
Save up three or more months food, sundries and cash to cover expenses. Cease working…sabbatical, vacation, bereavement, transgender issues, gotta try to keep the ol’ job… heh heh. Don’t make any monetary transaction that involves paying any government tax or fee for those three months. Of course bills must be paid, some underlying taxes will be included. Maybe underpay by the amount of tax buried within.
Then we need communication and a start date. If a million people sat out almost all taxes for a quarter the shrieking could be heard throughout the land. And the value not being created, with much less work being done, so no taxes gained by government on that either. Ten million? Government might awaken to the idea of where the dough actually comes from.
This kind of action can’t be taken individually, they’ll never feel the pinpricks. It will involve a lot of suffering on the part of many who participate. Jobs will be lost, conveniences curtailed, economic dislocation due to loss of production will occur. Even though you’re doing nothing illegal (unless you are) reprisals from government can be expected. Of course that expectation is part of why something drastic must be done by a mass of working, productive people to get government’s attention and coerce corrective change on them.
Right now I’m trying to avoid fiction to the best of my ability. There’s to much at stake.
The description of that show describes well why I almost never turn my teevee on. And people call that entertainment?
Leftists are sadistic totalitarians. Inflicting pain, suffering, or humiliation on others gives them a power rush.

Government dependent and elites.
The National Debt has risen 375.55% since 2002.
It CANNOT be paid off in any real sense.
