If you are a regular Dianny Rants reader, you probably have discovered that, unlike most conservatives, I do not refer to the News Media as the “Mainstream Media” or the “State-Controlled Media.”
Instead, I refer to them as the Enslaved Press.
In my book RANT: Politics & Snark in the Age of Obama, I make the comparison between the press of Nazi Germany and today’s American news organizations. Using quotes from William Shirer’s book The Rise & Fall of the Third Reich, I show that like the German Press, today’s news media are compelled to cover news stories in such a way as to promote the Obama Administration’s agenda, repeat the Obama Administration’s lies about a story, shield the Obama Administration from criticism, and maintain the party line.

And how exactly do “Low Information Voters” come to exist? I don’t believe that the LIV are necessarily stupid people; I believe they have become trapped like the Germans in the Thirties. They are locked in because daily, hourly, they are inundated with Obama Propaganda. Reality no longer has a place.
And there is no Free Press to correct that.

Low Information voter….most by choice. Because they loved the lie more than truth – so they will be delivered to lies and all the consequences that go with rebellious and willful self-deception.

Enslaved implies that they have no choice. You can’t rape the willing.
Independent people have little need for intrusive governments, while a weak and dependent populace does. Slaves are much easier to manage when they are unarmed, defenseless and dependent.
