8 Comments on This is how Tucker gets out of Fox contract
I didn’t really see how “Tucker gets out of the Fox contract” especially if the venue is in NY with plenty of case law precedent.

The person/source on Tucker that I have found to be the most thorough, compelling, rational, and insightful is Megyn Kelly. Kelly worked for Foxnews for 11 years and she left on her terms, turning down an 8 figure contract to spend more time with her family. She knows all the players, the egos involved, where the leaks came from, she is friends with Tucker and recommended Brian Friedman, Tucker’s pit bull lawyer to him. Friedman was her lawyer during her nasty contract dispute with NBC.
She laid out a pretty compelling case a few days ago for breaching his contract and suing Fox News. He is in good hands with Friedman.
I never trusted Napolitano while he was at Fox. He was too much of a company man, couching all of his arguments with the interests of his employer. But his new podcast is really really good. He has Scott Ritter on regularly and Scott is about the only guy that speaks the truth about the Ukraine war and how it is going.

Normally, I would have opened a Newsmax link, but can’t stand the old judge. When I read his bio and it referred to his mourning the death of his life partner, I lost all respect. He didn’t help things when he turned totally against President Trump when he, a retired NJ judge didn’t get nominated to the Supreme Court.
Based upon the thumbnail image he looks really emaciated. Could it be AIDS?
Yeah, I’m with the others that don’t want to willingly watch anything with Napolitano because I simply don’t trust him anymore. I accidentally stumbled across him on something yesterday, though, and couldn’t get over how bad he looked. Couldn’t focus on what he was saying because of how bad he looked. That’s not just old age, he does looks sick or something.
Megyn Kelly has been great on the Tucker situation, however. Most of what she’s said has been spot on to what seems to be happening. Unlike Dan Bongino this time. I really like listening to his podcast when I can but he seems to have a blind spot regarding Fox in this. Unless that changes with today’s podcast.

Napolitano was a hack when he worked for Fox. I haven’t paid him attention since.

I know it will never happen, but I’d love to see him drop a ton of the Jan. 6th footage that he wanted to the first time around. That, and somehow release the damn Epstein Island list….Elon would be all for it since he can’t stand pedophiles.

Hard to believe the courts are going to be kept out of the whole debacle. It’s just a matter of who files against who and what the counter suit will be.
If Fox News drags Tucker through the legal system for 2 years, mission accomplished, and his following will be noticeable diminished. Given what I’ve seen of our legal system, I’d say advantage Fox News.
