NYP– A Florida news anchor with zero interest in keeping up with the Kardashians stormed off the set during a live broadcast — rather than report that Kylie Jenner has a new bunny named Bruce.
“Nobody cares about this family anymore!” anchor John Brown can be heard screaming off camera in the “Good Day Orlando” clip, which aired last Friday.
“I’m having a good Friday, so I refuse to talk about the Kardashians!” the anchor seethed as he stood up and walked off set. “You are on your own, Amy. I can’t do it, I’ve had enough Kardashians! I can’t take any more Kardashian stories on this show!” more
Unfortunately, the anchor apologized and made himself look like a big pussy.
Because peer pressure.
Maybe they all forgave him for his moment of sanity.
At least he didn’t say “Who is Kylie and why should I care?”
I looked up the video, and he was royally pissed! Good for him!
He needs to rephrase that to “Nobody ever cared about that family!”

The lady who was breaking the story mentioned, “The thing is, I agree with you!” when the anchor was complaining off camera. Did she apologize also?

There is a fellow named Richard Bledsoe that wrote an article about the absolute dreadful state of the culture in Britain. There’s an ‘artiste’ named Tracey Emin whose ability to grift her way into higher elevations in the stratosphere is just as symptomatic of the cultural malaise.
Worth a read if you have the time. He seemed to like hearing that a public person (for however brief a time) snapped over it.
