If I had the energy, I’d research and list every member of congress who served on every oversight and investigative committee whose existence was enacted by law to prevent just this kind of thing from happening. They are all just as complicit — whether there was intent or not. They were either too incompetent or derelict to perform their jobs. They’ve squandered all that tax-paid money for zip and worse than zip.
