14. Thoughts in response to caller Brian on the tariff situation:

    1. It is certain that Trudeau and his people have been in cahoots with the EU and people within the U.S. (North American Union people) over all of Trump’s agenda regarding free/fair trade. It is also certain these people have included China in their calculations, if not directly, through China’s paid Canadian and U.S. lobbyists.

    2. On Trump perhaps not knowing about how interconnected everyone’s economies are (not sure of Brian’s exact wording): Between Trump, Mnunchin, Leighthizer and especially Ross, there is probably a much better understanding of exactly how interconnected these economies are and how they are being propped up by sucking the U.S. dry of its manufacturing. What the globalists are reacting to is being called out and exposed. They HATE losing their rich Uncle Sam in America where they can dump cheap Chinese parts made from cheap Chinese steel. They hate that their unfair trade practices are coming to an end and they’re going to have to ante up.

    The Chinese have been hoarding yellow metals (Brass, Copper, Bronze) for a long time. Our recycled gold and silver from electronic devices is normally sold to the Chinese. The Chinese also hold a monopoly on mining gun range back stops. Lead. That’s all shipped back to China as well.
