Trump Administration Putting End To 3rd Country Asylum Scam

The Trump administration on Monday moved to end asylum protections for most Central American migrants in a major escalation of the president’s battle to tamp down the number of people crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to a new rule published in the Federal Register , asylum seekers who pass through another country first will be ineligible for asylum at the U.S. southern border. The rule, expected to go into effect Tuesday, also applies to children who have crossed the border alone.

The rule applies to anyone arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border. Sometimes asylum seekers from Africa and other continents arrive there, but most migrants arriving there are Central Americans. More

  1. Some Obama appointed Federal District Court Judge will enjoin this as soon as a progressive lawyer can get the legal paperwork filed.

  2. Not exactly. Cases lingering in our activist courts and Pres Morales of Guatemala was supposed to meet w/POTUS today, however canceled as the courts (is there such a thing?) in Guatemala have kiboshed the plan to send illegals to his country.
