What were the passwords?

Over 3,000 congressional staffers’ personal information has been leaked across the dark web in a wide-scale cyberattack on the Capitol.
Switzerland based security firm Proton, disovered 1,800 passwords used by staffers at the Capitol are avaible on the dark web.
In an investigation, Proton along with the the United States based firm Constella Intelligence, revealed 1 in 5 congressional staffers had personal information exposed on the dark web.
In the report, Proton shared, the leaks made their way to the dark web through several sorces such as adult websites, social media and dating apps.
In a statement to The Washington Times, Proton stated, “Many of these leaks likely occurred because staffers used their official email addresses to sign up for various services, including high-risk sites such as dating and adult websites, which were later compromised in data breaches.” more
Once again the high value of abstinence is illustrated.
…soooo, people surfing porn at work on work systems on the clock got fired, right?
Right?
If I did that crap at my job I would be fired so fast.
I wonder how many of those sites were for gay porn. 99% ?
^^^^
Come on! They’re doing research. LOL
Who needs gay porn when you have “Michelle” “Obama”?
^^^^^ Wouldn’t that fall into the category of animal husbandry?

“^^^^^ Wouldn’t that fall into the category of animal husbandry?”
…naaaah.
Wookies are sentient.
@Brad — Research? Don’t you mean Rearsearch?
They went to those sites hoping for sex.
They were successful: they got screwed.
^^^^ Come on dude that’s a silver back. LOL

Things rolling through my small mind. Testo levels are at an all time low. Especially with this crowd. If they’re penetrating any orifice it’s most likely with their tongue. I mean they can watch these videos and get a chub, but bottom line, no heat seeking moisture missile. Pretty sad really.
If you guys remember: Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s secret lover who Schultz put in charge of Congress’ IT was thought to have compromised all of Congressional information to US enemies and tried to run back to Pakistan.
@Brad — Good points. Unsavory, but good! They’re all probably pillow-biting catchers looking for pitchers. The fat ugly lesbians in that crowd don’t seem to have much trouble finding other fat ugly lesbians.

I’m not thinking this is our America anymore. Cept I have some grand kids. Oh hum.
isn’t this how the Obamboozler got his SS number years ago?
Gotta have something to do when not videoing themselves getting corked in the ass in Senate Meeting Rooms.
Doing the math based on what was reported, it would appear that we we have 15,000 Congressional staffers in DC, which averages out to around 300 staffers per member of House and Senate. That can’t be possible…can it?
But never mind the journo math. The real story will be who is accused of the hack and the repercussions for legislation coming up for votes before the election, or coming up in a potential lame duck administration. Sure looks like the deep state is setting up a a control plan or a contingency operation.
And we can enjoy the salacious staffer speculation for the moment. The other shoe has yet to drop. When NYT and WaPo start spinning this story, and when Axios starts telling us “why it matters”, we’ll have a better idea of how they’re trying to play us.
Leaked, or shared?
It’s not that hard to block websites from work LANs.
