She accepted the job, but two days before she was to board a plane for New Mexico, LeNoir’s phone rang. The Aggies’ coach, Mark Trakh, had watched an online video posted in 2011 in which LeNoir discussed her playing career, her religious faith and her sexuality.
For most of her basketball career, LeNoir identified as gay. Now she’s not. In fact, in the video, she said homosexuality was “wrong” and “not worth losing your soul over.”
“I felt the job was taken away because of my heterosexuality,” LeNoir, 31, said in a recent interview.
LeNoir is suing New Mexico State in U.S. District Court, saying she was discriminated against because of her religious beliefs and sexual identity. New Mexico State acknowledges in court filings that Trakh rescinded the offer but denies any discrimination charges. A federal judge in California allowed the lawsuit to move forward and will preside over a unique case that spans sport, religion and sexuality, and provides a small window into the culture surrounding women’s basketball.

The intolerance of tolerance is a big issue in our culture that sits in every dorm room in America forcing decisions to be made and lives to be ruined every day as they struggle to ascertain who they must be to even gain the door to open opportunities.
Ms. Hans (my daughter) has encountered it already as she has attended Division I college basketball camps and has discussed with players the pressure that will be there if she wants to progress through the process of being recruited.
So, it’s the lesbian version of put out or get out.

At another site I read where a job was being announced but “white cisgender males should not apply”. So, what stops a white male from pulling a “Caitlyn Jenner” to get the job; then a year later after employment is secured, he reverts to being “Bruce”? Are they going to fire his ass?
We don’t hire for teaching skills, we hire to virtue signal, now get out.
Normal white folks don’t hire anyone who isn’t the same. Since normal whites still outnumber abnormal everything else it soon would become apparent that they are losing and maybe will move to more abnormal countries!

I had dated a woman decades ago that had gotten out of the Army because she was one of a few straight women in her group (division/platoon?).
She said it was a constant struggle to stay away from the dykes who had an ongoing bet as to who would be the first to get the straight women to turn gay.
In 2000 I was listening to radio personality B-1 Bob Dornan, he said he had to leave the seminary because of the constant “turn or get out” harassment.

When I was in high school I’m positive our basketball coach was a lesbian but she kept it to herself. (Ah, the good old days!) But I have been told by parents who have girls in high school and college sports that the pressure on the girls to be dykes is now tremendous and has been for the last 20 years. This so sad.
