The officer is likely one of their best but he made the mistake of disparaging a black cultural Idol. This seems like an attempt by the city to stay out of the crosshairs of the Cult-Left Mob.

After seeing what he has to contend with, (low pay, high risk of death, no respect from either the public or his superiors) why wouldn’t he do a little humorous venting.
