The one that use to bother me to distraction was interchanging “There,” “They’re,” and “Their.”
We’d all benefit from slowing down, taking a pause then re-reading before posting. At least it’s helped me get better.

My local newspaper is the worst. If it passes a quick spell check, it runs. Copy editors are a thing of the past.

My biggest peeve is people that can’t use articles a and an correctly. Especially when they precede an acronym.
