Media Confidential has a story about a DC radio station pulling a story about Wernher von Braun’s contributions to America’s space race because Braun was a NAZI. (ht/ fdr in hell)
That got me thinking about YouTube’s policy that scrubs videos that glorify Nazism.
“Today, we’re taking another step in our hate speech policy by specifically prohibiting videos alleging that a group is superior in order to justify discrimination, segregation or exclusion based on qualities like age, gender, race, caste, religion, sexual orientation or veteran status. This would include, for example, videos that promote or glorify Nazi ideology, which is inherently discriminatory.”
CBC-
Bernie Farber, chairman of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network, welcomed YouTube’s announcement but said he’s waiting to see how vigorously it follows up with action.
“I can’t even calculate the number of YouTube videos that are out there that are white-nationalist-based, Nazi-based,” he said. “It’s going to take a long time, but you’ve got to start somewhere.”
To date, videos of the president have not been scrubbed from Google or Youtube. This must mean that the president is not a Nazi, nor does he glorify Nazism or white nationalism.
Thank you for the affirmation, Big Tech!
It is all about politics and throwing some dirt on other camps ground to lift theirs. Bet these kinds of issues would arise as the election approach.
Operation Paperclip.
It’s scary the number of uninformed voters who’ve glommed onto Trump=Nazi, never understanding how many real Nazi’s we imported after WWII.
We brought them here 1) for their knowledge/skills in science, chemistry, math, and 2) to prevent Russia from scooping them up.
They settled, raised families and were instrumental in the advancement in various fields/industries, of which the lofo’s themselves benefit. It’s possible some of them are descendants of real Nazi’s.

And let’s not forget Nazi Party member Oskar Schindler, who saved the lives of thousands of persecuted Jews, was named “Righteous Among the Nations” by the Israeli government in 1993 and buried in Jerusalem on Mount Zion.
