If you remember – ISIS called for a lone wolf attack on the Vegas Strip in May.

An active shooter fired at an outdoor concert crowd in Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Casino area. At least 50 people died and 400 were injured in the shooting, that was later claimed by ISIS. The roads leading to the Vegas strip were shut by the police. The gunman was shot down at the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel. The Nevada sheriff identified Stephen Paddock as the suspected gunman in Las Vegas shootout.

Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a shooting that killed at least 50 people and wounded over 400 in Las Vegas early on Monday, and said the attacker had converted to Islam a few months ago.

“The Las Vegas attack was carried out by a soldier of the Islamic State and he carried it out in response to calls to target states of the coalition,” the group’s news agency Amaq said in reference to the US-led coalition fighting the group in the Middle East.

  9. I’m not prepared to take ISIS’s word for it.

    The truth is ISIS can use this massacre for their benefit whether this animal was one of them or not.

    Claiming responsibility is no skin off their nose. It helps them to do so regardless.

    I don’t consider them an unimpeachable source of truth.

    Both of my friends have made it out of Vegas and are on a flight back to Wyoming.

    In some of the pictures you see a man wearing a white cowboy hat and white plaid shirt. That’s my friend, Tom. He and his wife (a nurse) were busy carrying people on those red grates putting them in the back of vehicle beds. They are both wiped out physically and mentally and their clothing is covered in other peoples blood.

    They are AMAZED they are both alive due to the proximity of the people who were being dropped by that asshole gunman. We are talking 2-3 feet away. all around them. He said it appeared that the people being hit most often were the ones running (weird).

    God Bless them, both.

    These are the only two people I know who live in Wyoming and are why I am moving there in the first place. I leave California on Saturday, the 7th of October.

  18. I’ve head the weapon may have had a ‘bump fire’ type stock rather than being full auto. This would explain the somewhat ragged cyclic rate you can hear on the videos.

  29. Not that I’ve seen or read. Sounded like an AK to me. 32 stories is 128 yards straight up. If you look at the where some of the victims were he was spraying probably 300 yards.   34. He was dead when they arrived. What if he wasn’t the shooter, but executed and left on scene ? They need to see who was coming and going out of the room. Maybe its just him, but maybe not.

    That guy was beer-brave (alcohol stupidity)…..and stupid as fuck. He made everybody near him a bullet magnet (not that the shooter could have distinguished him anyway at that distance).

    I’d have grabbed his legs and dropped him on the spot. He endangered everybody around him unnecessarily.

  41. Most of the people in the Las Vegas crowd were most likely Trump voters or at least preceived to be. Possible deep state retaliation and psycho, suicidal, liberal shooter a perfect pawn. The left will do anything to attempt to destroy Trump’s presidency.

    I googled false claims by ISIS. Came up with two. They reported they shot down a Warthog a couple years back, and something about killing some dignitary. Fairly accurate.

  46. It may have gotten to the point that the deep state and the media are blaming ISIS to cover for Antifa. It would be far more preferable to blame ISIS, since Antifa has been excused and legitimized by the establishment.

    It is likely the gun powder going bang at that distance is pretty quiet compared to the little sonic boom created during the whole flight path of the bullet.

    You’ll hear every bullet that hasn’t dropped below the speed of sound (sub-sonic). Even if it was suppressed when fired!

    From the same rifle, try a subsonic .22 and a .22 that goes 1,200 fps or faster. The report of the supersonic .22 can be mistaken for a large caliber hunting rifle by those around you. All because of that little sonic boom.
