SEATTLE (AP) — The Seattle Police Department has said that more than 200 officers left their jobs since last year, citing an anti-police climate in Seattle, City Council policies and disagreements with department leadership.
Police Chief Adrian Diaz said Tuesday that the department is in a “staffing crisis” after more than 180 police officers quit last year and another 66 officers left their jobs so far this year, according to police data.
“We are at record lows in the city right now. I have about 1,080 deployable officers. This is the lowest I’ve seen our department,” Diaz told KING-TV. read more

Sun Valley and the surrounding areas are not authentically Idahoan. It doesn’t surprise me one bit. I don’t know if McCall has turned into a woke shithole yet, but it used to be the place where Idahoans would go to recreate w/o having to put up with the assholes in and around Ketchum.

This is really disappointing because I’m seriously looking at Idaho to relocate from California.
I saw an article in the WSJ the other day that listed the Coeur d’Alene area as having the hottest real-estate boom in the whole country.
I know it’s not constitutional (when has anyone ever let a pesky little thing like The Constitution get in the way?), but I would support all red states implementing a set period moratorium , like 5 years, on anyone moving into state from a blue state, from voting. The dirty little secret is that even cognitive challenged progressives see blue states as untenable, they want out and a low tax red state is appealing, but they will bring their politics with them.

I used to spend a lot of time in Idaho, but not so much recently.
Look at the panhandle or around Lewiston or Idaho Falls
Iow, 80% of them are dumb enough to still work there.
Seattle is dead. In 20 years they’ll start bulldozing vacant properties, just like Detroit.
