They should be careful about Russian to judgment on this matter.
They’ve already been using those weapons for years.

Ummmm. . . hasn’t Russia during the communist era already been playing with those types of unconventional weaponry. . . telekinesis, distant mind control, plasma weaponry, UFOs, creating earthquakes, weather control. . . ?
